Banana Fritters | Gato Banane

This recipe makes around 30 small fritters.

Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or less, depending on the ripeness of the bananas)
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Mash the bananas.
  • Add in the sugar. This step is optional and depends on the ripeness of your bananas.
  • Add in the flour and baking powder and mix well.
  • By this step, you can already heat up your oil for deep frying.
  • Add in your milk spoon by spoon until it reaches this consistency.
