Ingredients

milk
( ~ 2 cups)

flour
(~ 2 cups)

splash vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes (optional but helps bubbles settle).
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly butter the surface.
Pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to coat the pan thinly.
Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip.
Cook the other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Repeat until all batter is used. Stack crepes and serve with your favorite toppings.
