We remember Sundays when our mom would whip up crepes as a special treat before another school week rolled around. It didn’t happen often—typical Mauritian breakfasts leaned more towards fresh bread, butter, and tea—but when it did, it felt like we were living the fancy French life. Thin, buttery, and folded with jam or sugar, those crepes felt like a little luxury on a lazy morning. Now, we’re bringing that tradition back with a quicker, blender-friendly version that still hits all the nostalgic notes.
